Natural High

Today has been a great day. I woke up at 8:30am and was greeted with God's graceful sunshine and went to my 9am class. I got out of class at 9:50 and had an hour break. On my break I see my on a natural high on life girlfriend. She rambles on about how her and her boyfreind of 6 years has broken up and was actually happy. She then tells me how she has a date coming up later in the week. I reply with ""oh I am so happy. She then pulls out her phone and ask whats your number? She says she is going to let me know how her date goes and wants to stay in touch. So, I give it to her and on my way I go. I get a text from 30 minutes later saying hi hottie I hope you have a great day. The instant I got that it made my day and me realize that someone actually does care about me. So, now I am walking around all day with this natural high she has sent my way. Gosh I love my friends.
